Stantonbury is currently in the planning process for 112 new homes and two new commercial units. The site has been used as a scrap yard and neglected land. This development will open up a "linear park" creating a foot and cycle link between Bath Road and Dunch Lane for all Melksham Residents to enjoy. The linear park will turn private neglected land into a public open space that will also enrich the local biodiversity.
